“I love the pencil box! Sadly the box got damaged in the mail, so some of the smaller items was missing from the box when I got it. But I am very happy with the items I did recieve.”

“A lovely selection of colours. They mix well and you can make good light and shade pictures with them. A bit disappointed about the tutorials so far, but I am using the crayons almost daily, making cards etc. The metal ruler, pencil sharpener and paper are very good value.”

“I am new to subscribing to this box and was very impressed with the contents . The pencils were good quality and I followed the example in the book with fair results . The book itself was very interesting . I enjoyed seeing the different artists and what they can achieve with pencils. I am looking forward to the next box as I love to try new products and mediums. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because I would have liked more step by step instructions for projects as I am new to art and need as much help as I can get but am aware that that is not the case for everyone.”

“This has been the weakest of the boxes so far. It felt padded out by an unnecessary art print, a ruler and yet another pencil. The colouring pencils feel smooth and buttery to use, which is great, but there are too many reddish similar colours. As usual, the magazine was excellent.”

We design these boxes so that each edition can be used independently of other items or kits, it's great for getting started with a medium you've never used before.
