“I was able to have my questions answered within minutes and the scooter arrived promptly. Really good scooter. If you are worried it’s not one of the more well known ones then don’t. The 10inch wheel model has the best sized wheels and big comfy tyres. It rides over bumps in the road while feeling secure. Good grips, well designed controls and a joy to ride. Love the little bag hook. Overall I’m really happy and would recommend this if you are looking for an adult electric scooter.”
