Like many supplements, the benefits can be slow building and therefore difficult to quantify. However, I've now been taking these for a couple of years and I'm quite certain there are benefits, most definitely my Raynauds has improved, not gone completely, but much improved. I definitely intend to continue, I do think the maximum dose of 4 per day is necessary.
