“I have purchased superfood shakes a few times now. I add frozen blueberries and raspberries and a fresh banana with soya milk, and enjoy the taste. I find it does give me more energy and I feel healthier, as I'm approaching 50 and have the joy of menopause, not. These shakes do help me feel better. Buying them as a bundle of 3, is value for money.”

“I am using these as a way of losing weight. I am substituting this instead of my normal porridge. I find it blends well with any fruit, I am using no sugar coconut milk and the weight is slowly dropping off. I never expected It to fall off easily as I am in my sixtieth year and the weight is stubborn. Had I not of liked the taste I would have given up on it but the taste is very pleasant, I am now on my sixth week and not planning on stopping anytime soon.”
