“An easy way to add extra nutrition to your smoothie. The flavour is nice and not too strong so does not over power the other flavours of the fruit and/or veg. I use unsweetened soya or almond milk and am really enjoying my drinks. I found coconut milk was overpowering most other flavours. I have also tried it with just the milk and powder and enjoyed it but I do prefer it with mixed fruit and veg.”

“I am absolutely loving my Nutriseed and I certainly not hungry and my body is benefiting as my bowel is preforming really well something I haven’t had in years . Clothes aren’t feeling under the strain as much”

“I love this powder. I personally am not using it to loose weight but because it has several ingredients combined for supporting my hypothyroidism. I have not found this blend anywhere else. I have found after having a scoop in my morning smoothie I have a lot more energy through the day AND it definitely curbs cravings. Tastes delicious. Will defo be buying again.”
