“I have been drinking this for just over a week now and have lost 5lbs, I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and healthy meal. I have made my shake using skimmed milk with an apple, half a banana and 1 scoop of nutriseed powder, I love the shakes and will keep going”

“I have had this for breakfast for the last week and half and although have not seen any weight loss i do feel more energetic and my normal bloated IBS tummy hasnt been half as bad. Ive been having it with a banana, blueberries, almond milk and ice and its nice and refreshing and keeps me full until late morning, i may step up. And have one for. Lunch too to achieve the loss i want but as a healthy smoothie its great”
