“I start work really early in the morning. I don't want to eat anything to bulky like porridge. Total Superfood sets me up for the day ahead and I don't feel hungry all morning. It's great to know that I am feeding my body healthy foods.”

“Did 3 day juicing & 30 day super food mix . I have lost 15lb,s & just reordered my next super food. Mix 7lbs to lose in March then will be happy to continue a healthy life style .. with smoothies.. can not recommend enough.”
