“I mix this with almond milk and blueberries not as a meal substitute but as a healthy supplement and immune booster. It tastes gorgeous and is very quick to make. The comms from this company are very good and the delivery quick. Highly recommended.”

“I have been using Total foods for about 8 months now. I was initially just looking for an energy boost as a busy mum of 3 and a photographer, I was feeling I was lacking in energy and my head was a bit foggy and not thinking straight. Almost straight away I could notice the benefits of TF. I felt brighter, more focused and ready to get going. On top of that I have lost about 9lbs over the time using it, which is an added bonus. I feel great, using TF, alongside watching my calorie intake and through exercising. Its all been fab - whats not to love!!”
