“Tastes better than I thought it would. I have used this a week now mainly with banana and blueberries with almond milk. I have bought different milks and lots of other fruit (and frozen) to mix up a few ideas as I am not sure of what I can mix with it.”

“I've only been taking my Total Superfoods for about a week and so far am liking it. It's too early to tell if its making a difference but I don't feel hungry on it which is saying something for me. I have tried with banana, blueberry and raspberry or strawberries frozen and almond milk, it's very tasty. It is chochlatey in taste but that doesn't bother me. I will see if it makes any difference to my weight in a few weeks.”

“Tastes great but sadly dosn't even touch the sides in terms of filling me up! However I have one every morning with my breakfast as I want the health benefits of the ingredients. Its only been a week so far and I've not really noticed a difference. But I will continue!”

“Total Superfoods are a very important part of my daily diet. Having used them now for nearly two years and having had the opportunity of comparing times, such as holidays abroad, when I was unable to include them on a daily basis, I know that without them my general wellbeing is somehow not as good. They also make a delicious shake that is pleasant to take.”
