“I’ve tried lots of different shakes and diets but this is the only shake I will ever have again. I ran out of my first bag and missed it. I have bought more and I look forward to making my daily shakes. I’ve lost 7 lb in 5 weeks but it’s slow and steady but I’m enjoying feeling healthy . Would recommend it definetly”

“I am very satisfied with Total Superfoods. It has a nice taste and I enjoy it with mixed berries and almond milk. I have been using it for a week to replace breakfast. Works great at giving me an energy boost to do my Zumba!”

“I love the product. So easy to use although I do usually make a smoothie in the morning for breakfast. I use Soya milk, Apple banana and frozen mixed berries which are really easy to use. Not used it for weight management - I just love the taste!”

“I started using this product to give me energy as I was suffering from severe fatigue. I have it for breakfast and I add it to the Green Blend, plus various seeds, carrot juice and brown rice milk. It’s delicious and keeps me going until lunchtime. Highly recommended.”
