“This is my first time buying Total Superfoods Shake, I’m more of a porridge girl but....although I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks I’m really liking it. Easy to use, a really great flavour and mixes so well with what ever I chose, this week it’s been, celery, nuts, seeds blueberries and a good dollop of local yogurt, honestly it tastes delish and keeps me satisfied for hours, go on, give it a go!”

“I have just finished my first use of Nutriseed. I only make it with water as I do not drink milk. I enjoyed it with the fruit in it. I have been on steroids for 3 1/2 years so never expected to loose weight, yet!! I don’t get that horrid bloated feeling so to me that is a bonus. I have ordered more as I am convinced the weight will go now i am not on steroids. It is a pleasant tasting drink.”
