“I discovered this little beauty over a year ago and can honestly say I wish I'd found it sooner. After battling through the monopause and all of the angst that brings I wanted to feed my body and feel healthier. The fact that I can have this for breakfast and lunch means that I don't have to faff about wondering what to have for lunch everyday at work. My husband has also joined me in having a smoothie and honestly says now he wouldn't ever go back to having cereal or toast for breakfast. In a nutshell, give it a try, you've nothing to lose apart from some extra weight and unhealthy eating habits.”

“This shake tastes good and you can add all sorts of fruits and veggies. I have one shake a day to substitute for a meal which keeps my weight in check and I feel healthier knowing it’s all good stuff in there ! I’ve tried many shakes over the years and this is the best one”
