“Love this stuff! I have been adding it to my morning porridge for a number of years now. I had a break from it for a while and soon noticed a difference in how I felt so atarted using it again and feel so much better for it! I've tried all the flavours and like the chocolate flavour best.”

“Used on its own in a hot chocolate drink or in the smoothie recipe on the label, this is delicious. Also used with strawberries replacing the banana in the recipe. Will buy again.”

“We have been taking this Total Superfoods Blend for a week now. A friend recommended this to us. We have been following the reciepe on the back of the packet.... which is why I give this product 5 stars, as it tells you how to take it! We also take a pre, pro and post biotic at the same time and this, we believe, is pretty much the same as taking the M&S Food X ZOE Gut Shot. Our gut health has definately improved during this time.”
