“Having never had Matcha before but thoroughly enjoying the story of the Japanese tea drinking ceremony I thought how nice it would be to share the experience with some friends. So, having invited a small group of well travelled friends to a 'bowl' of afternoon tea I performed the ceremony , mixing and pouring according to the gentle ' way of tea'. I talked about some of the history behind the ceremony and explained some of the meanings of the Japanese words. The verdict was wonderful. I was extremely pleased and surprised when they declared that it was a lovely experience and the best Matcha they had ever had! Success!!! They described the tea as "Creamy and fresh with a perfect bitter sweet balance". As a result I shall be asking more friends to tea; Im hooked! Thank you Nutriseed.”
