“Got my juices on Saturday, started the cleanse on Monday. Day one had a headache, day two headache was gone but hunger was at its peak. By day three it became easier. Woke up Saturday morning looking the leanest I have in years and felt wonderful. Will do this every 6 months. Liked 4 out of 5 of the juices taste wise. Number two was the hardest to drink for me but you just down it and get on with it haha. Thank you”

“The juices are convenient. I’ve done the Jason Vale juice diet - 5lbs and 5 days and those juices are a bit more filling and probably more nutrients. However it is time consuming buying all the ingredients and juicing everyday. These juices you are able to pop in the freezer and take out the day before you need.”

“Really enjoyed this cleanse. Some of the juices weren’t exactly to my taste but that’s not the point of doing a juice cleanse! It would be good to maybe have a bar a day or an optional bar a day as part of the cleanse as I did struggle. Over all, very impressed with the cleanse and would totally do it again!”

“Horrible! Juices came to me frozen full of ice instead of juice. Their too sweet and artificial! Lemon with cayenne paper juice looked dodgy and had a very strange smell. Will never ever buy again! Still in my fridge such a waste of money!”

“Would highly recommend 3 days as I went for 5 and see it as wasted money. However after 3 days my appetite felt reduced”
