“The juices were all very tasty except No. 2 which is a bit sharp on the tastebuds, but not unpleasant. I did suffer with constant headaches but that might have something to do with the amount of coffee I drink everyday. I have just finished the 3 Day Cleanse last night and appear to have lost 5lbs which I'm pleased with. I'm going to try to reduce the number of coffees I drink everyday going forward, and will ease myself back into healthy eating to hopefully keep the effects of the cleanse.”

“It was incredibly challenging and rewarding doing these three days. There were so many times my mind tried to sabotage the juices by dragging me around fast food places, but I didn't cave. Also I wasn't really hungry! By day three I felt strangely awake and full of energy. Everything looked brighter and clearer. So glad to have challenged myself in a powerful way. The flavours are all tasty and they arrived on time all frozen in a box. It would have been cool to have had a suggestion of when to drink them, but I figured that out on my own in the end. Thanks a million for the opportunity to overcome my crazy brain!”

“Very convenient, delivery was very fast and all the juices came in one batch. All the juices tasted really nice. The only thing I didn't like so much was the plastic bottles and also there was too much packaging in the box it came in.”

“I've just finished the 3 day detox. Have had a few heavy weekends socialising and my body felt bloated and uncomfortable. I won't lie, the first day I found tough. By 8pm I was exhausted and had a terrible headache so just went to bed early. Day 2 started well, even managing a quick 30 min session at the gym. I didn't feel hungry as I was so busy and the juices are easy to make sure you consume them appropriately throughout the day. I once again had a headache by 8'ish in the evening. Day 3 and I felt more spritely. Once again had a quick 30 min gym session and was charging around for the rest of the day. No headache that day. On day 4 I actually forgot that I had completed the detox and actually realised I could've managed a 5 day programme - I missed my morning juices! I awoke early and felt fully energised having the best sleep in months. I've lost 5lbs in weight which is amazing. I'm now using the superfoods powder to slowly bring me back to eating normally. I feel so much better and know the headaches were just due to all the toxins being released. I will definitely do this detox again - probably in Jan after the excesses of Xmas and will do the full 5 days next time. It's tough to begin with, but get through the first day and you won't regret it. Recommend.”
