“Im on day 3 but so far its better than i thought it would be. I have been hungry but it is settling and i like the taste of all the juices. I havent had any headaches like a thought i would, maybe its too early. The drinks take a bit of defrosting so left some out at room temperature so they werent crunchy. Ive heartburn and indigestion on a night, couple of rennies sort it but last night I was bit uncomfortable and very windy! overall its good. Its a reset button for me but hopefully i will lose a couple of pounds too.”

“This is the second time I’ll be doing a Nutriseed juice cleanse. I really liked all of the instructions and helpful advice, however I felt that I got over-emailed at times. A much bigger issue however seems to be the packaging. For both of my deliveries, some of the bottles had leaked - not a great experience.”

“The juices are very tasty and bizarrely I didn’t feel hungry at all over the 3 day diet. Lost 2 kg and lost a lot of bloating. Will definitely repeat in the future.”
