“I'm on my second fast day of my second week and am managing really well. I'm really pleased with the results so far and love how convenient it is to have the calories and nutrients already worked out for you. I've done 5:2 before but gave up as trying to work out the calories of enough food to sustain me for the day wasn't sustainable. The only slight downside is that two of the juices are very heavily celery laden and unfortunately I find the small and taste of celery really disgusting so just hold my nose, drink them fast and gulp down plenty of water afterwards (that's why only 4 out of five stars). The other three juices are fortunately really tasty.”
