“I generally like the 5:2 juice club however I have experienced a few issues which I think can be improved upon: - I find that the taste of the juices can vary quite a lot between deliveries, particularly the second juice which can sometimes be quite sharp and and clear in appearance and sometimes very sweet and cloudy in appearance - even though I am storing my juices in the freezer as soon as I receive them, and only taking them out and putting them in the fridge the evening before, I find by the end of the month they taste a bit fizzy and number 3 tastes fermented/not drinkable - it would be great to get an email notification a week before the next delivery is due asking if you’re ready for it or would like to delay a week/change the delivery date to avoid backups in case of holiday etc. The first email I receive is from dpd, by which point it is too late to make any changes. - 40 juices is a lot to store in a small freezer, considering this and my previous point about the juices decreasing in quality over the month, it would be great to get a more frequent, smaller delivery, say 20 juices every 2 weeks Apart from the above, I do find that the 5:2 juice club is definitely working and helping me to manage my weight effectively, without feeling hungry on the juice days.”

“I am on my first week of the 5:2 so early days yet. I have found the juice days quite easy. I don’t feel hungry at all. On the other days I have either 2 superfood smoothies for breakfast and lunch or superfood porridge for breakfast and superfood smoothie for lunch and then healthy dinners. So far so good”

“Very pleased with the results. My fast days go faster with these magic bottles. Neon is quite a challenge to drink but I have to admit to adding pure stevia in order to get it past my sweet tooth but the rest I really look forward to. Not only do I feel smugly worthy for fasting but I’m losing weight. Yay!”

“I love that even though it automatically renews it’s easy to switch/delay delivery dates so that it fits in perfectly with your lifestyle. The juices are good & delivered ready to put in the freezer until you need them ( just get out the day before do then they defrost in time). Some days it’s tough going but the results are well worth it & spur you in to keep going.”

“I’m not a fan of the fact that all juices arrive at once, understand this helps keeps costs down but it’s a lot to store! Buyer beware!! Also not a fan that you can’t sign up to try this without subscribing and then cancelling, which did not prove easy to do, and involved getting nowhere fast with various customer service reps until I finally had a phone call to sort out my request. Also not a major fan of the juices, the middle 3 are fine, the clarity one is bearable but the last one is disgustingly sweet and not nice at all. I also don’t want to join any team club stuff so I found that off putting. Having said all that, I am finding that being restricted to juices on my “2” days is helping my discipline so if you can bear the taste and the hassle, I’d recommend for a “good habit” initiating month.”
