“I started this feeling very apprehensive as I tend to get wobbly if I don’t eat regularly or have enough sugar. But Nutriseed has been brilliant and manageable and with a family this summer holiday. The only thing I’ve found difficult is cooking the food for others while on a juice day. So I have ordered more soups for the evening or the oats to help with this. Week 3 and I’ve lost 3kg. But I don’t feel bloated anymore and already needing to buy the next size down clothes.”

“Very easy to follow & does get easier... very slow going, initial weight loss brilliant, however seems up & down & unsure how much I've actually lost... was 6lb down in first couple of weeks, then no loss. Do feel alot better & feel slimmer - so will continue to persevere. 3rd delivery & first time actually sent what I ordered finally, which is disappointing considering cost. Overall - need to give time & hopefully it'll work. I'm rubbish at dieting but this , I can do..... just hope to see positive results eventually.”

“It's been very easy to follow the plan, the drinks are from lovely to palatable, and having it all prepared has made it simple, and you can always look forward to your usual food the next day. You do have to remember to take them out of the freezer in time!”

“I received my products all defrosted on my doorstep. I took them inside to find the soups had all separated and I have to rip them all down the sink. It was a waste of money so I didn’t get to taste them just threw over £100 into the sink.”

“I was so pleased to see weight finally coming off, however on the 2nd fasy I was hungry and light headed. Thankfully this passed and I have been fine since. Not too keen on the carrot and cumin soup so this time I have chosen a selection.”
