“Really pleased with the results so far. Absolutely works for me. Love the soups and juices I've tried. Honestly worth sticking to. A friend introduced me - I've now been doing 5:2 for 8 weeks and have lost just shy of a stone. Just made my next order and can't wait to try new juices.”

“I found the first week pretty easy. I ate like a Saint on the days between, and only lost 1lb. I was quite disheartened . I cut out all chocolate, biscuits, cakes, cheese and egg yokes. Only ate egg white omelette with fresh tomatoes, courgette and peppers. This week, I’m doing the same. This week I’m going to do 3 days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, surely it’ll show a better result on the scales! If not….ill be at an absolute loss as to what I’m doing wrong, especially as I play Badmington 3 times a week and walk my dog everyday!”

“This is the easiest way to create a calorie deficiit in busy family life. It means only two days out of the week I am on the bottles, and I can eat healthily with the kids without needed to think anymore about it. I am two weeks in, and am enjoying being empowered and not having to think to hard! Simple and easy. Thank you”

“I've only been on the 5:2 diet for 3 weeks but it's easy to keep doing. I had some difficulties reordering but very impressive service with quick responses nd a follow up call to check all was well. Very good.”

“The juices, lattes and nut milks taste lovely. Delivery is fast. Only point is that I would make it easier to get online and amend - Having to enter your email and then recieve a code doesnt seem the easiest way.”
