“This is my 6th day on nutriseed superfood. It has a delicious taste - I chose the unsweetened one as I don’t have a sweet tooth. I replace my breakfast although I might move on to replacing lunch instead. I want to take it slowly as even replacing one meal is hard managing hunger. I haven’t weighed myself yet (tomorrow).”

“I was desperate to start feeling human again, as since we went into lockdown, if it didn’t move I ate it. Chocolate cake, biscuits, salty snacks. Loved them. My body craved vitamins and nutrients. I have been doing this Superfood for breakfast every day for just over a week now, and actually feel like I want to get up in the morning and do stuff. My mood is very stable now, and got more energy than I’ve had for a long time. I am very VERY pleased with my Nutriseed Superfood bags. A big thumbs up from me”
