“Really love all the juices, but as a first time cleanser have struggled with not eating. I usually have 3 meals a day and can get quite grumpy if I don't eat, my stomach has been grumbling non stop. i know it'll be worth the cleanser and I did it because my sweet tooth had gotten a little out of hand so its a mind over matter attitude I need to keep!! But would definitely do again, but would maybe try and do it with a friend for extra moral support!”

“I've had delivery of the 3 day cleanse a couple of times now. The juices are all delicious. Although watch out for the one with cayenne pepper! It takes some getting used to but still tastes good. I didn't feel hungry at all and will certainly order them again.”

“Really enjoyed the juice cleanse. I did the three day one up to a friend's wedding and definitely lost weight. The juices were really tasty and as long as you are disciplined it's not that hard to resist solid food. I even managed a couple of gym sessions! Will definitely do it again in the future.”

“OK, so I have done a juice fast/diet previously and found preparation messy, time consuming and the end result quite disappointing. So I decided to give Nutriseed 3 day a try. I opted for express delivery and took delivery at work the following day. packaged well and frozen. at home I put 10 bottles in the freezer and left 5 out to defrost for day 1. I was pleasantly surprised by number 1, number 2 which is a lemon mix is a little harsh. I needed water ready to sip alongside this. 3,4 and 5 all quite pleasant. I was amazed that I did not feel hungry, I had 5 juices and maybe a litre and a half of water and 3 green teas. I felt satisfied and energised. Day 2... the thought of the lemon was sitting a bit uncomfortable with me, I think it's the Cayenne pepper that I struggled with. So hopefully I havent completely messed up the effect but I added a couple of teaspoons of mango pulp to it. Have it a shake, it mixed well and more palatable. I have just finished day 2. not feeling deprived, feel full of energy and looking forward to day 3, with a little help from a mango. I did this because I have had 2 weeks in Thailand, living very basically in the rainforest. Food was basic , conditions were not the most hygienic and I felt I needed to give my system a good cleansing. I'm not planning on weighing myself as I didn't do this for weight loss but I want complain if this is a side effect....bonus. I recommend this product. I love @nutriseed products anyway and this has not disappointed. I may make this a once a month cleanse. Bring on day 3!!!”

“Often do a 7 day juice fast once a year but was not up for making all the juices this time round. Saw a deal with nutriseed and thought to incorporate my own juices along with their 3 day juice cleanse. On day 3 and am very happy with the product. The juices were starting to defrost when delivered unfortunately but had no other choice but to put them in the freezer straight away. Doesn't seem to have affected them though (I hope). There was an initial mix up with the delivery, however customer service were fantastic and acted promptly with dealing with the matter! Will use again and also check out their other healthy products!!”

“This was the first time I have tried a Juice Cleanse and I did find it hard on day one but it did get easier after that. Numbers 3 & 4 I did not like but the others were nice. I did get an awful headache (which I was expecting) at the end of day two but I persevered and finished the three days. I did feel a lot better after doing the cleanse and will do it again in a few months time.”
