“I tried to order the 3 day cleanse to do before I went on holiday. Did everything correctly online, got a confirmation email. I had selected express delivery so expected to get the bottles in a couple of days. I received a despatch email confirming my package would be with me in a day as I selected express delivery. I waited for the package to be delivered the day after, and nothing came. At about 3 o clock I called nutriseed and asked if the item could be tracked but they said that the items orders wouldn't be delivered for another week as 'they are made so fresh' and that I will if had a section when I ordered which told me this and given me an option to select a delivery date - this never happened. And that I would of received a despatch confirmation - which I did. A complete waste of time. I requested a full refund and will never be using them again. Completely useless.”

Hi Tamsin, Thank you for your feedback. This is of course not the Nutriseed customer experience that you would expect. However, because our cold-pressed juices are made fresh to order, orders are made the week before and delivered every Thursday, as mentioned on the website. Before checkout you will have seen a diary that you were able to fill in the date that you wished to receive it. However we take your feedback on board, as it is extremely important to us. “Having not done a juice cleanse before I wasn't sure what to expect. The juices arrived and there was a nice variety of juices to keep things interesting. A Juice detaox requires dedication but is achievable with this pack. With 5 juices per day you don't feel deprived and the different flavours & ingredients keep things interesting. This is the best value for money 3 day cleanse I could find and I would recommend it.”

“It's the first time I have done a juice cleanse, however I have done a 3 day detox before, making my own drinks. I found that all the juices were very tasty except for number 2 - on day one I persevered, on day 2 I held my nose whilst I drank it, and on day three I didn't go there - some people will like it, but it wasn't for me :-) Overall I didn't feel hungry at all, it helps drinking lots of water and green tea too and I lost 5 pounds in weight. I think it would have been more but as it was a liquid diet and the weather was so nice over the weekend, it did partake in one or two glasses of fizz!!! Very clean ingredients with no added nasties at all which is great. I will probably do it again after the summer holidays.”
