“Wow!!! done three enemas this week x feel fantastic x was tricky to hold in at first, only managed to do 5 minutes but laying on your left side, perseverance, panting when the cramps come, listen to a lovely audio book set a timer, give it a couple of goes and you will easily do 15 minutes before long x just before you sit on the toilet and release give your tummy a good massage (particularly circular movements) then sit on the toilet and relax x I put my feet up or I sit in the lotus position x this really help to expel all the liquid x do give it a couple of minutes sitting before getting off!! X I felt extremely energised and cleansed x good luck x”
