“This is an excellent supplement which provides approx. 2.5g per heaped serving spoon. A plastic spoon is provided in the pot. I prefer to take higher doses of vitamin C which has a huge range of benefits.”

“This supplement is very helpful and I would not be without it. I prefer the powder to capsules as I like taking a higher dose daily. I rarely get colds and am confident that it is enhancing my immune system. I like the inclusion of a bioflavonoids complex which facilitates absorption and has other benefits like strengthening the capilliaries.”
