“Using sunflower lecithin instead of soya lecithin was an experiment for me. I have absolutely no problem with the product but found it does not suit my body and it's various problems due to the effects of the sunflower seeds and their production of cysteine and sulphur. These are my own individual findings which will not be the same for everyone so please do try this alternative to soya lecithin.”
