“This is a brilliant product. Not really any nasty stuff in it and a good price. Apparently Folic Acid, is a man made from of Folate (B9) and it isn't really that good for you. In fact, it can interfere with your Methylation Cycle. Methylfolate is the right form of folate that is needed by over 200 different actions in your body. This product contains the right form of Folate that helps your body work properly. You MTHR and DOA genes don't function properly if you don't have sufficient folate and B vitamins, especially B2 and B6. I learnt this from Ben Lynch's book called 'Dirty Genes'. It's all in the genes folks! Most illness, unless you have had an accident, is caused by deficiencies in vitamins, minerals and live enzymes (which you get from raw foods) and a build of toxins from the foods we eat, the chemicals we use in cleaning and personal products and the environment. Address the deficiencies, detoxify (safely) the toxins, and find less chemical alternatives for your personal and cleaning products. Eradicate gluten from your diet and dairy, and eat organic vegetables and fruits. Not only will you lose weight but you will start to feel better. This product does make a difference and that is why I recommend it. Thank you Nutrigold.”
