“I started taking the Nutrigold Magnesium Citrate about 12 years ago, and I never want to be without it! I have recommended it to many clients, friends and family. It provides the mg in an absorbable form, and whilst I've occasionally tried other brands or formats, I always return to this one. I find it prevents muscle cramps and relieves tension on all levels.”
