“Bought the blue tube first wasn’t too keen on the fragrance but got over it as it fantastic stuff, even put it on my heels to help the skin there. I’ve since bought the white tube and this is just as good. I’m a shop worker and use hand sanitiser constantly throughout the day, I’ve recommended this product to a few colleagues. I’ve paid a lot more for hand creams that haven’t worked any where near as good. I’d definitely recommend this product and will definitely being buying it again soon..”

“After suffering from extremely dry hands most winters which has become worse due to the more frequent hand washing over the last few months or so and after reading numerous reviews on nursem I decided to give it a go. It does exactly what it says it should, be hands had become split but after using this they have started to repair themselves. Lovely to apply and easily absorbed without any greasy residue. Will definitely purchase again and recommend. Great that it supports nurses etc as they and the medical profession do an excellent and amazing job.”

“I suffer quite badly with dry and cracked hands as a side affect of treatment for Pernicious Anaemia and with the added use of alcohol gels and washing hands on a more regular basis, it's become unbearable. After 5 days of use, I'm seeing a serious difference in my hands. Particularly today, I noticed for the first time in ages how I hadn't thought about how sore and irritable my hands are and that's simply because they're not and I can only put it down to this stuff. It's a lovely formula: thick but not gloopy or sticky, that sinks in fast and leaves hands replenished for hours.”
