“Absolutely love the Caring Handcream Unfragranced. It truly is non-greasy and leaves no slick marks on my devices. My fingers have been a total cracked mess this winter and are now back to normal. I have my tube next to the sink so every time I wash my hands I follow with a pea sized amount of the Caring Handcream and concentrate on my fingers. I have just re-ordered more of this handcream in pump form and love the size and shape of the tube for my bag and for my office drawer. Good job Nursem!!”

“Helped my dry hands after a couple of applications. You could see a visible difference as well as my hands feeling softer and healthier. The unfragranced cream did have a chemical smell but this disappeared once rubbed in.”

“Bought this for my husband. He's not a nurse but has terrible problems with his hands due to working with chemicals in a printers for many years. This cream has dramatically improved his skin. His hands aren't so red and dry anymore. I have tried it to and love how soft it makes your hands feel.”

“At first I felt this cream was making my hands dryer, but I continued for 7 days and my hands do feel and look a lot better. I feel the price is steep but you do only need a pea size amount so it's possible that the tube will last longer than creams that cost lest but need larger quantities each use. I am on day 9 and the tube does still have some in but have brought another tube and the 300ml tub. I do recommend it and feel long term it might be well worth the price”
