It's designed to tackle areas of extremely dry, cracked, and sore skin, providing deep nourishment. The formula is slightly heavier than our Hand Cream and is fragrance-free, making it ideal for overnight use when it can fully absorb into the skin for maximum effectiveness. On the other hand, our Caring Hand Cream is intended for regular use throughout the day. It helps protect and hydrate hands, preventing dryness and discomfort as you go about your daily routine. For the best results, we would recommend using both products together—applying the Caring Hand Cream during the day for ongoing protection and hydration, and using the Skin Fix at night for intensive repair. “This is really to be used on specific areas that are very sore/dry/sensitised so I can't really review it properly because I've only put it on a couple of areas once. I am, though, sure it's a fantastic product like all of the others”

“You use so little that this out will last a long time. Well worth the money as best cream I have used for dry skin. Will definitely buy again as also really respect their work ethic and how they give back. Don’t think about it, do it, you wont regret it”
