“This duo is super value. I originally saw this cream on Instagram and what appealed was the donation scheme - you buy one and one gets donated to a nurse. Then my sister, who is a charge nurse, had a harder time than usual with her hands. They were red and sore. So I bought both her and mum some. They both loved it and said it made a real difference to their hands. They both commented on the gorgeous smell too. Long story short, I bought myself some too. Being a teacher it’s really helped my cracked hands too. It feels gentle and not medical. The best hand cream I’ve used in ages - thanks!”

“This is the best hand cream I have ever tried. Just a small amount re-moisturises your hands. Have also tried it on my son's eczema and it has cleared the angry redness from his skin. Would recommend that everybody tries it. I shall be ordering again.”

“Hand cream is really effective, particularly good for sensitive hands. It works quickly into the skin and the fact that help nursing staff with every purchase is a bonus”

“Used every time after the Nursem Handwash and in conjunction with the Caring Hand Fix, I can honestly say that my previously very sore and uncomfortable hands are now completely returned to their previous happy condition. I will definitely continue with the Nursem products post pandemic, they are a welcome find!”

“This hand cream is fantastic. It works at least as well, if not better, than a much more expensive ‘Shea butter’ cream. It absorbs quickly and smells pleasant too. My daughter (a nurse) is equally impressed. Excellent value!”
