“I was diagnosed with undifferentiated MCTD which sometimes flares up with symptoms of scleroderma. I dread to think the amount of money I have invested in other ‘miracle products’ over the last 5 years in an attempt to keep my hands in good condition. The last 18 months with hand sanitizer has finished me off completely. I have now been using Nursem daily for the past 6 weeks and applying the lush repair balm overnight and my hands, although still stiff, look like my hands again! “A beautifully presented box of treats for hand care, all top quality, would make a fabulous gift! I love the moisurising soap, I keep the handpump of cream on my desk and the small er tube of cream in my handbag along with the sanitiser spray. I use the hand fix when skin around my fingernails is very dry.”

“The range smells divine! As a nurse, finding good quality hand cream is always a must. Washing our hands constantly and using alcohol gels can take its toll on the skin, these creams have given my hands a much needed refresh and softness”
