Hi Dr Hitesh, Thank you for giving Nursem a try. We're so sorry to hear of your disappointment with our Skin Fix, and appreciate you sharing your feedback. The Skin Fix is our most intensive formula containing Colloidal Oatmeal and Avocado Oil as key ingredients. Whilst this soothes persistently dry and sore areas of skin, this has a much richer texture than our other products. Due to its thicker formula, we would recommend applying this overnight to enable the product to fully absorb. We find a little goes a long way so only a pea-sized amount is required! You may prefer our Caring Body Balm which is very similar to the Skin Fix, however, this is slightly more fast-absorbing. Like our Skin Fix, the Body Balm contains Colloidal Oatmeal to soothe problem areas, and is totally unfragranced with Consultant Dermatologist approval. Our Body Balm, however, uses Mondo Grass to promote healthier, balanced skin and can be used regularly throughout the day and on larger areas of the body. “I have psoriasis and it can get quite sore at times. Nursem has helped stop that soreness. It has also kept flakiness much reduced and a couple of patches are far better than they were and maybe even be a little smaller. My wife bought the mixed samples and I had the little white pot.....I have now bought the pack of 4 bigger ones as the results are better than anything else I've tried”

“I’ve bought these creams for some time now my hands are in better condition. Now my Sister has came attached to using them that I purchase some as a gift for her . This is the best creams ever beats spending money on one that have never work This is creat value for money as it really takes care of your hands .”
