“The quality of the Nursem body cream is second to none. There is no doubt that using it has improved my (ageing) skin considerably. I don't have any particular skin issues - perhaps you should consider marketing this product in a way which doesn't emphasise the skin health association? I know that sounds counter intuitive (it was the NHS connection and commitment which brought me to your door in the first place) but perhaps some people think it is only for those with skin "problems". Buying in bulk has enabled me to keep two tubes for myself and gift one to the senior nurse in the mental health hospital where I volunteer (who would be an NHS middle manager in the current economic climate??) and one to the sports therapist whose hands have kept my poor huband's joints moving. Thanks for the wee sample of the body wash - I use that too. Wouldn't mind a wee sample of the new face cream though if you have one kicking about!!! Please don't use any of the above in a way which would identify me or my NHS colleagues - I live and volunteer in a small community. Other than that, thanks for what you do and all the best.”
