“The product was not as described on NS website, the colour was blue/orange, not blue/lime. Also the item was not in available stock, as was indicated on the NS website. Delivery was slower, because the item needed to be sent out from the manufacturer. There was no update regarding these changes, I had to chase NS to find this out.”

HI, Thanks for your review always appreciate feedback. Many apologies for the late dispatch of your order, we always try and keep as many items in stock as possible but occasionally we do sell out. In order to speed up the delivery of your goods we asked the supplier to send your order directly. The description on the website is correct but due to a mix-up with the supplier they actually send you the 2019 updated version of the jacket, rather than the clearance jacket you ordered.
