The KEF Q100 bookshelf speakers belong in the KEF Q series of high quality speakers at excellent value.While the speakers are compact in size, KEF's point source Uni-Q drivers help to deliver a generous, full-on performance with a nice open soundstage. The Uni-Q setups uses a 130mm (5.25") bass/mid-range driver and a 25mm (1") vented aluminium dome tweeter.The KEF Q100 features a link switch that gives a choice between mono and bi-amping. Turn the switch clockwise to connect the two terminals, and you can drive the speaker from a single amp. Turn it anti-clockwise however, the terminals are then split, allowing high and low frequencies to be connected separately.
