“Unfortunately, functionally the product has been disappointing despite my following the instructions for cleaning and greasing prior to use. I have only used it twice, for a stir-fry & Spag bol. Both times, the meat stuck to the pan and the base was stained. I wasn't expecting it to be non-stick but I had expected it would have some non-stock properties. I'll keep using it as I need the pan but the jury is out on how good a product it is.”
