“Works great, right out the box the select button would stay pressed in, and we'd have to pull it out manually. Thought it is a faulty machine. We contacted customer service by email and got a reply under an hour. We were advised to use it for a few more days and see if the issue goes away, otherwise they'd replace the machine with a new one. It works wonders now, we're guessing the button needs some loosening just out of the box.”
“Great machine - very quick to heat up, espresso is lovely and creamy and milk frothing is excellent.
It would be nice to have slightly more control on the milk frothing i.e. be able to switch it to manual at time when you want to play the barista but the machine probably does a better job itself anyway than I would.
The minimum level on the milk jug is slightly high so if you are doing a flat white for one you would have left over milk going to waste unfortunately. However the solution is probably to just make yourself two!
Milk frother does get blocked - there's a pin tool to unblock it contained in the machine but took me a couple of mins to figure that out.
Overall great machine with a lot of flexibility and features of a barista's machine but with absolute ease of use for non professionals such as myself.”
