“Excellent receiver for the money. Great sounding atmos and dts x. Only a 7.1 or 5.1.2 depending on how you want to set it up. It's all I needed though as I have a relatively small room. Great 4k picture too means I can plug all my bits and bobs straight into it ( blu ray, sky Q, ps4 and fire TV cube). Has 8 hdmi inputs all 4k and 2 outputs which is awesome for me as I have a 4k projector and TV. Has a 4k pass through which means you don't need the amp on to what your source but you do need to switch it on to change sources which is a pain as I do switch a fair bit. Means I'm always turning it on and off argh! Minor gripe really for the money. Has a nice straight forward onscreen setup too which is great. Nothing bad to say about it really. If you opt for the 9.1 receiver though it's pretty much twice the price which seems excessive for 2 extra channels”
