“These are my first zero-drop running shoes. I like them very much, they are as comfortable as my previous highly cushioned shoes. I suffered IT syndrome and am attempting to avoid further injury by allowing my feet a more natural position inside a shoe. These are cushioned enough to be comfortable, unlike barefoot shoes that have no cushioning. I run off-road and they're comfortable on stony tracks, I don't use the stone guard insoles that come with them. They are especially grippy on wet and dry grass, but can be slippy on wet cobble stones! I tie the laces loosely to allow my foot plenty of room, and love the extra space in the front for my toes.”
