“My Hoka Clifton 6 shoes were coming to the end of their (running), life, and I had absolutely loved them, so after considering a couple of alternatives I decided to go for the new Clifton 7.
There's always an element of risk when buying online and I fully accept that. There are things about the Clifton 7 I really like, such as the breathable upper, the colourway and the lightweight feel of the shoe. The new heel tab is great too. I wasn't quite prepared for how much narrower these shoes feel though. Yes, they grip the foot and stop it from moving around in the shoe, but for me this spoils the comfort. If I had tried these shoes on in a shop I probably wouldn't have bought them. Next time, I'll try before I buy!”
