“Beautiful. The best trainers I've ever had. I wanted something reasonably naturally balanced for all terrain, breathability and durability that are also easy to take on and off. They live up to my expectations perfectly. They are so comfortable for my wide feet and give me plenty of support yet with freedom to use and move my feet. I also love the harder wearing fabric used on the top as my toes very often go through other brands and if they get splashed they allowed my feet to dry quickly. Would 100% recommend and would buy again. Thank you!”
“These are my third pair of Altra shoes (first trail specific) and having had a pair of Topo between the last paid and this, I am so pleased to have Altra back! The wide toe box suits my feet and they are exceptionally comfortable even just to walk in.
Only niggle and reason to lose one star is they are super slippery on a few urban surfaces ie walking up & down my local high street I've nearly slipped over on the stone/granite edging.

“Just what I wanted, but slippy underfoot on hard, wet surfaces - something to be aware of if your route to the trails involves a bit of road, or your trails involve sections of smooth, flat rocks.”
“Really comfortable and great design. I like the lace position and reinforced toe cap, as opposed to all mesh. Haven't used the stone guard yet but even without, shoe feels robust without being heavy. Sizing comes in a little small but this model fairs better than other Altra womens' models for us big footed gals. Very happy with the service from Northern runner, have purchased from you before and will continue to do so!”
