I gave the shop a call and chatted to a chap called Chris, he was incredibly helpful as we discussed my run style and budget. He ended up suggesting a different shoe in wide fit. I posted Ricons back same day and they posted out new shoe very promptly. Couldn't fault the service. Thanks guys”
