“Comfortable and fit well. I use mens instead of ladies for the wider fit.
I used 880v7 before so similar fit. The back is slightly higher than the v7 which is fine.
The colour is not really red though it’s a pinkish red which I wasn’t expecting.”
“This is a quality all round comfort road running shoe. Just getting back into training after a year of using my bike so looking for some extra comfort . I’ve had New Balance Hierro in the past and the wider fitting is great. I can’t remember using new trainers on a first run and being so comfortable. I’ve done around 20 miles in them so far and impressed with the grip also.”
“Another high-standard product from New Balance. I'm used to 1080s but thought I'd experiment with these as they're a little cheaper. Overall comfort/cushioning is high - bought my first pair 6 months back and have done 400 miles so far - interspersing with 1080s to prolong the life of both. I use these for slower recovery runs and the 1080s for faster work, as the 880s are noticeably a bit heavier (which then makes the 1080s feel much racier). Very happy, hence the reason for buying another pair.”
