“I’ve been an Altra convert for about 5 years now, previously only using the Torin. I decided to try the provision due to the extra arch support after a summer of unsupportive shoe choices giving some minor discomfort in the arch/plantar area. These shoes certainly have the extra support and no further problems. It’s a good shoe for long slow runs, super light and has good grip on varied terrain. If the arch support is what you’re after, or if you have high arches, this is a great shoe for you, otherwise I think the comfort factor of a Torin is otherwise a good choice. This isn’t really a shoe for racing, a bit too stiff in my opinion but good for those long Sunday runs.”
“These shoes are amazing. I have just started wearing correct toes and not using orthotics. These provide the right amount of support for me to walk while trying to correct the pain and deformity caused by bunions and a hammer toe”
“I love Altra zero drop shoes. After 2 fab pairs of escalates found I needed a bit more support due to some tendon/ligament pain. These shoes keep my ankles more stable and pain has gone. Love them. Very comfortable and look great too.”
