1080 v10 Womens B Width (STANDARD) High Cushioning Road Running Shoes Black with Outerspace Reviews

4 Rating 4 Reviews
This is my 2nd pair of 1080, I had an older version and these work for me. I suffer from Psoriatic arthritis and these have great cushioning and flexibility. The upper is so comfortable, it feels just like a sock, not restrictive or hard, but soft and supportive. I recommend these shoes for those who want to jog but minimise impact and feel supported.

My feet:quite narrow across the bridge, normal at the toe with slight high arch. I run in On Cloudflow or Reebok Floatride Runfast’s for pavements & Inov8 Roclite G275 for trail. I started to get pain across top of my foot, achillies & heel so bought these NB 1080’s as sort of “recovery shoes”. Fit is snug but knitted upper allows for stretch & cushioning is a delight. I’ve been using them on pavements & even light trails - grip is good, my legs are fresh at the end of a long run & considering the volume of cushion I find them quite responsive. Have run one of my fastest 10k’s (road & trail) in these & really wasn’t expecting them to be fast! My aches & pains seem to to be easing but with these I am still able to continue running which I’m grateful for. Recommend these to anyone wanting to avoid injury or like me, to aid recovery.

Though they look good, and feel comfortable and light, I found the outsole material slippery on wet pavements after rain.

I would highly recommend these shoes, particularly for anyone with bad knees. I cannot get over what a difference they have made and how much they improve running technique by ensuring that you hit the ground in the right way. I am not an avid runner but I love these shoes so much that I’ve actually been out running most days since I received them as they’ve made running so much more enjoyable now that my knees don’t hurt afterwards.
