“I bought these shoes on the recommendation of a podiatrist, I have developed tailor's bunions on my feet due to ill fitting shoes. A great shoe for fellow sufferers or those runners needing a wide fitting.”
“Seeking to return to running following a very sore achilles tendon ..I turned to thinking that perhaps cause for injury was my tired pair of Brooks Ghost 9's with which I had been very pleased and had enjoyed good distance over 18 months...after six weeks recuperation...happy to report I am out running again... 4 x 5 kms this week...and all good...great price as well!”
“I've had 3 pairs of ghost shoes now and had been wearing 2e decided to go for the 4e for extra toe box room and it's worked a treat these will be my choice for my next marathon”
“I am so happy that Brooks make 4E and that they are stocked here. Life saver. If you have a wide foot at the front, bunions, a high instep, a high arch or generally a large volume foot - or any combo of those like I do, then this shoe could be very good for you. I have previously used NB 1080 4E and these Brooks have more room in the toe box, a more rugged build,... and sweet lord!.... all black so I can use them as a normal shoe - which is exactly why I bought them, as a normal daily wear sneaker. I haven't ran in them, only lots of daily walking (with a pram), but several years back I had a pair of Ghost in 2E and they were pretty decent. Excellent build quality by the looks of things too but I do expect the tread to wear quickly as I'll use these as a daily sneaker. So I may by another pair.”
