I use for my off road long runs 8-12 miles.
They are a good solid performer and offer good support on uneven ground, as some trails shoes roll badly, which threatens the ankles.
Not done speed work yet. 7:30- 9 min miles they are fine.
I have marked down slightly as very narrow, after a few wears no issues caused, have narrow feet. Fit to my normal size 10.”
